Adding Cargo Loads
How to post a cargo load on the Laaimylorrie.com load board, edit or delete it, how long it stays up and who gets notified.
This tutorial shows you how to post a cargo load on the load board, keep it up to date and get the right transporters to see it. It is for freight forwarders, brokers and cargo owners with a paid membership.
How do I post a cargo load?
- Log in and open My Freight then My Cargo Loads.
- Click Add Cargo Load.
- Step 1: Choose Pickup & Destination Locations. Select the departure country and enter the Departure City. Then select the destination country and enter the Destination City.
- Click Submit. The site shows the route on a map.
- Step 2: Specify Load Details. Fill in the form (see the table below).
- Click Save. You see Success: New Entry.
Your load now shows on the load board.

What is the difference between once-off and recurring loads?
- Once Off is a single load. It is archived automatically a while after its load date, so the board stays current.
- On Going, Daily and Monthly loads repeat. They stay on the board until you edit or delete them.
Delete a recurring load as soon as the work is no longer available, so transporters don't contact you for nothing.
How do I edit a load?
- Open My Freight then My Cargo Loads.
- Click the load in the list.
- Change the details.
- Click Save. You see Success: Entry Updated.
How do I delete a load?
- Open My Freight then My Cargo Loads.
- Click the delete (bin) icon next to the load.
- Confirm with Delete. You see Success: Entry Deleted.
How many loads can I post?
That depends on your plan: 15 for Basic Member, 25 for Pro Member and unlimited for Gold Member. When you reach your limit you see Warning: User Limit Reached. Delete old loads or click Upgrade Membership. See Membership plans.
How do other members see my load?
Your load is listed on the Cargo Loads page (Loads then View all Loads). Visitors can filter the list by trailer type and by country, and see loads on a map.
- Everyone can see the list: the route, load date, recurrence, views and comments.
- Only logged-in members can open the full load details. Visitors who are not logged in see Members Only and are asked to log in or register.
On the details page, members see the pickup and delivery points, the distance and estimated fuel, the date, price, payment terms, recurrence and your contact details. They can click Contact to send you a message, leave a comment, or Report the listing.
Messages and comments arrive in My Inbox and by e-mail. Your list in My Cargo Loads shows the number of Views and Comments for each load.
Who gets notified about a new load?
When you post a load, the site sends notifications automatically:
- Transporters with listed trucks get an inbox message and an e-mail if their published truck works in the pickup or delivery country, or uses the same trailer type.
- E-mail subscribers who signed up for new loads in the pickup or delivery country get an e-mail with the load details.
How do I get alerts for new loads?
- Members: list your trucks and tick Publish on website. You are then notified when a matching load is posted. See Adding trucks. You can also open My Freight then Cargo Loads of Interest to see loads that match your fleet, or Available Cargo Loads to see the latest loads.
- Visitors who are not logged in: on the Cargo Loads page, use Subscribe for New Loads. Enter your e-mail address, select a country and click Submit. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
How do I add documents to a load?
You can keep freight documents with a load and share them with your transporter.
- Open My Freight then Documents.
- Click Add Document.
- Select the cargo load and the Document Type: Cross Border Document, Freight Invoice, Proof of Delivery or Waybill Document.
- Choose the file. Only PDF files are allowed.
- Tick Allow transporter access if your transporter should be able to see it.
- Click Submit.
