It is for new members and for members who want to upgrade or renew. ## Which plans are there? There are three paid plans for businesses and one free plan for drivers. - **Basic Member**, **Pro Member** and **Gold Member** give you access to the member area. You get the Business Directory, the Classifieds (Marketplace) manager, the Cargo manager, the Fleet and Driver manager, the Interactive Route Planner, Freight Quotation Requests and the notification system. - **Driver** is free. It gives a driver a professional driver profile, assigned vehicles, job logs and access to movement orders. All paid plans see the same member menu. The main difference the site enforces is how many listings you can have at one time. ## What do the plans cost? Delete old entries to make space, or click **Upgrade Membership** to move to a bigger plan. ## Is VAT added? The basket adds **VAT @ 15%** for Namibian customers only. It is removed automatically at checkout for customers in the other SADC countries. If you are outside Namibia and South Africa, the basket also shows an estimated total in USD. ## How do I pay? After you click **Submit Order** in your basket, you see **Select preferred payment method**. Choose the card option. 2. Enter your card details on the secure payment page. 3. When the payment goes through, your membership is activated. You receive a **Payment Received** e-mail with your invoice and the date your membership is valid until. If the payment does not go through, you see **Payment not completed**. You can try again from your basket, or [contact us](/contact-us). ### Paying by EFT 1. Choose the EFT option. 2. You receive an **Order Confirmation** e-mail with a sales order (pro-forma invoice). Our bank details are on it. 3. Pay the amount shown. Use your **order reference number** as the payment reference. 4. E-mail your proof of payment to billing@laaimylorrie.com. 5. We confirm your payment and activate your membership, normally within 24 to 48 hours. > **Tip:** Lost the payment details? Log in, open **Billing** then **Sales Orders**, open your order and click **Resend Payment Instructions**. > **Note:** The checkout may also show a crypto currency option. If you use it, follow the instructions on your sales order and send your transaction hash and order reference number to billing@laaimylorrie.com as proof of payment. ## Where can I see my orders and invoices? 1. Log in to the member area. 2. Open **Billing** then **Sales Orders**. 3. The list shows each order with **# Order Ref**, **Order Date**, **Status**, **Payment Method** and **Order Total**. 4. Click an order to see the items, VAT and total. From here you can also **Cancel Order** or **Resend Payment Instructions** while the order is awaiting payment. ## How long does my membership last? Your membership runs for the period you paid for, counted from the day your payment is confirmed. You can see your **Renewal Date** under **My Profile**. ## How do I get a renewal reminder? 1. Open **Settings**. 2. Under **Membership Renewal**, set your **Renewal Reminder**: how long before expiry you want to be reminded, in days, weeks or months. 3. Choose **Site Notifications** and/or **Email Notifications**. 4. Click **Save**. ## What happens when my membership expires? When your renewal date arrives, the member tools are locked. The next time you log in, you are taken to the **Billing** page, which shows two buttons: - **Renew my Membership** takes you to the plans, so you can order and pay again. Your tools open again once the payment is confirmed. - **Cancel & Close my Account** closes your account. > **Important:** Closing your account removes all data related to your account. This cannot be undone. ## Free trial when listing a company or truck If you sign up through **List my company** or **List my Truck** on the public site, you get a Basic Member account with a 14-day trial period. When the trial ends, renew from the **Billing** page to keep using the member tools. After you pay, open **Banner Ads** in the member area to add your images, a description, a link to your website and the categories where the advert should show. Click **Submit**. Your advert goes to our staff for approval, and you are notified once it has been reviewed.
