This tutorial shows you how to advertise your trucks on the Available Trucks page. Listed trucks help you find loads and return loads, and they trigger alerts when a matching cargo load is posted. It is for transporters and fleet owners.

## How do I list a truck as a member?
In the member area, trucks are added through your fleet. One entry does two jobs: it adds the truck to your fleet and, if you choose, publishes it on the website.

1. Log in and open **My Fleet**, then **Vehicles**, then **Vehicle List**.
2. Click **Add Vehicle**.
3. Under **Vehicle Details**, enter the **Year**, **Make** and **Model**, and choose the **Vehicle Type** and trailer type.
4. Add a **Vehicle Nickname** (to tell your trucks apart), the **License Plate Number** and the **License Renewal Date**.
5. Set the status to **Status: Active**.
6. Tick **Publish on website**.
7. Under **Vehicle Photos**, drag and drop your photos, or click to select them. You can add several, up to 10 MB in total.
8. Under **Distribution Area**, choose the country and region where the truck works.
9. Fill in the other tabs if you want to (specification, maintenance schedule and settings). These are for your own fleet records.
10. Click **Submit**.

> **Tip:** Add good, clear photos and a full description. Listings with photos get more attention.

> **Note:** **Publish on website** applies to trucks. Other vehicle types stay in your private fleet list and are not shown on the Available Trucks page.

## How do I list a truck if I am not a member yet?
1. Go to [List my Truck](https://www.laaimylorrie.com/list-my-truck.aspx), or click **Trucks** then **List my Truck**.
2. **Step 1: Personal Details:** enter your name, e-mail address, country, city and mobile number.
3. **Step 2: Company Details:** enter your company name, business type, service offered, physical address and a short description. Upload your company logo and one official company document (bank confirmation letter, business registration document or business tax certificate).
4. **Step 3: Truck Details:** choose the **Trailer Type**, enter the **Year**, **Make**, **Model** and **Max Payload**, add a short description and a **Photo of Truck**.
5. **Step 4: Distribution Area:** choose the country and region where the truck works.
6. **Step 5: Activation:** enter the security code and click **Submit**.
7. Confirm your e-mail address with the link we send you. Then set your password with **Forgot Password** on the [Member Login page](https://www.laaimylorrie.com/members/login.aspx).

This creates a Basic Member account with a 14-day trial, a directory entry for your company and your first truck listing.

## What do people see on my listing?
Your truck appears on the [Available Trucks page](https://www.laaimylorrie.com/trucks.aspx) (**Trucks** then **View all Trucks**), and on its map. A listing shows:

- the photos,
- **Distribution Area**, **Capacity** (in tonnes), **Type** and **Trailer**,
- the **Description**,
- the number of views and comments.

Visitors can click **Contact** to send you a message, leave a comment, or **Report** the listing. Messages arrive in **My Inbox** and by e-mail.

## Will I hear about loads for my trucks?
Yes. When you publish a truck, the site sends you an inbox message with recent cargo loads that match its trailer type and country. After that, you get an inbox message and an e-mail whenever a new load is posted that matches your published truck's country or trailer type. See [Adding cargo loads](/adding-cargo-loads).

## How do I update or hide a listing?
1. Open **My Fleet**, then **Vehicles**, then **Vehicle List**.
2. Click the truck to open **Manage Vehicle**.
3. Change the details, or untick **Publish on website** to take the truck off the website.
4. Click **Save**.

## How do I delete a truck?
1. Open **My Fleet**, then **Vehicles**, then **Vehicle List**.
2. Click the delete icon next to the truck.
3. Confirm with **Delete**.

## How many trucks can I list?
Basic Member allows 15 truck listings, Pro Member 25 and Gold Member unlimited. When you reach your limit you see **Warning: User Limit Reached**. See [Membership plans](/membership-plans).
